VINEYARD
35
hectares of vines planted with traditional varieties
(Carignan, Grenache Noir, Cinsault and Syrah)
and more 'Atlantic' grape types
(Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc).
The
production is principally in red wine with some
rosé and white in single grape varietals: Chardonnay
especially.
The

under the label "Labyrinthe" -
vin de Pays d'Oc.

CELLAR
All
the wines produced on the estate are to be found
in the wine cellar where they can be purchased
singly or in boxes of 6.
Other
local produce is also on sale: olive oil,
vinegar,
honey from Alairac and goats cheese. |
WINE
MUSEUM
A
unique collection of wine-making tools and equipment
from the past century are exposed for visitors
young and old to better appreciate the trade
of wine-making. |
WINE
BAR & RESTAURANT
After
visiting the cellar and museum we invite our
guests to adjourn to the wine bar to taste
the wines of their choice or just enjoy a cold
drink on the terrace.
Tapas
and full meals are served in the evening both
in the restaurant and on the terrace with
views over the vines, the Malepère hills and
the estate's animal farm.

The
domaine de Bouriette is
a family-run vineyard near the village of Arzens about
10 kilometres from Carcassonne.
As
well as producing red, rosé and white wines from single grape
types (Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah principally)
the estate also boasts the world's first Vine Maze,
a museum of wine-making implements, a lively wine bar,
an Animal Farm where children can cuddle and pet their
favourite animals and a number of self-catering cottages.
